The table below lists all of the meat calibrations that are available for the Distell Fish Fatmeter.  This table can be downloaded as a PDF document.

The Meat Fatmeter works best on minced or homogenised meat product, so there are two calibration charts for meat products.  You can click on the calibration name to download the relevant chart.
