Is the instrument HACCAP design to be used inside HACCAP plants ?

Answer

YES… The Meter is sealed to IP65, with no crevices that can harbour bacteria.  We recommend cleaning and sanitizing using a bacteriological / mild detergent solution daily or after use.  We also recommend that bacteriological wipes are used to clean the sensor between a series of a measurements, or, when moving from one meat / fish product to another.
