Can the user do the calibration by themselves ?

Answer

YES…We supply as standard with each meter a Research Setting for measuring product where no standard calibration is available.  You can then send the samples to a local laboratory for chemical analysis.  Using the Data Management Software that we supply with each meter(referred to as…DMS), you can enter the datasets into the DMS.  The DMS will then create a calibration based upon the data you have entered.  This calibration data can then be uploaded to the Fatmeter, into one of the FIVE empty calibration slots supplied.  This is referred to as a custom calibration. You can then proceed to measure this custom product using the Fatmeter on your custom calibration setting.
